Registration Information
Registration for both the main conference (1st-4th February) and the pre and post-conference workshops (31st Jan & 5th February repsecitvely) will be processed via the ACMM payment platform, accessible through the "Register Here" button above (detailed pricing information to come).
*On-site and day registration does not include conference dinner
Bursaries for students and facility staff towards costs associated with conference attendance will be available from the Australian Microscopy and Microanalysis Society (AMMS).
Applications will open soon and will be announced to AMMS members.

Terms and Conditions
By registering to attend the conference, all attendees and speakers agree to the following terms and conditions:
Member Registration
Membership discounts ONLY apply to those that are members of the Australian Microscopy and Microanalysis Society at the time of registration and remain members at the time of the conference. Refunds for the difference will not be applied if your membership is purchased or upgraded AFTER registration has occurred. Click here to become a member.
Registration Confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation and tax invoice. If you do not receive an email within 10 minutes, please check your junk mail folder. If another copy is required, please email acmm29@watermarkevents.com.au. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees.
Payment
Payment at time of registration is required by credit or debit card. Accepted credit/debit cards are Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
Please note that transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Watermark Events’, our registration technology provider.
Cancellation
All cancellations must be made in writing via email to acmm29@watermarkevents.com.au. If cancellation is not received in writing, the registration will not be cancelled and a refund (if applicable) will not be processed.
Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the conference date will be refunded less 25% of the registration fee to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date. However, a registration may be transferred to a substitute delegate.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance. It is strongly recommended that attendees take out their own insurance covering cancellation fees for registration, travel and accommodation, as well as personal injury, including any impacts loss or injury to property, including baggage.
Neither the Conference Host nor the Conference Managers take any responsibility for any attendee failing to arrange their own insurance, and are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance. In the event of industrial disruptions or force majeure, the Conference Host and the Conference Managers accept no responsibility for losses incurred by attendees.
Disclaimer
The conference reserves the right to cancel, modify or alter any aspect of the conference venue, schedule and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the Conference Hosts nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party due to such changes.
Privacy
The Conference Hosts, the Conference Managers and the registration technology provider comply with Australian privacy regulations and are committed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.
